Shipping Policy

All products shipped from the United States with in one to two businesses days via USPS Priority Mail, tracking provided.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please review the product label prior to opening products. You may return unopened items purchased from Regener8tion for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

Return Instructions

Step One: Items must be properly packaged and returned at the customer’s expense. We must receive these products unopened and in new condition. Place the items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely as we need to receive them in new condition. We are not responsible for breakage or damage during shipment of returned items.

Step Two: Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Step Three: Make a copy of the receipt that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.

Step Four: Please return the products to the mailing address below:

Step Five: Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

Unopened Items - 30 Days

You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment less any applicable discounts, shipping fees, and handling fees. Sorry, we are not able to accept returns after 30 days after sale.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Our error rate is less than 1% but occasionally we make an error and ship the incorrect item. Please double check the email confirmation you received at the time of your order and if we made an error, please email us at and we will immediately correct it!

If you made an error and want to return or exchange an item – no problem! Just return it as directed above and we’ll take care of it!

We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands – products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package.
